Delivery & Shipping
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
All orders arrived at the esteemed location, must be signed upon receiving.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
For Peninsular Malaysia, Your order will take up to 3 ~ 5 business days to arrive. For Sabah & Sarawak, the delivery time will take 8 ~ 20 business days to arrive.
For orders placed outside business days, processing time will be extended by 1 – 2 business days.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays in Malaysia.
Pick-up and deliveries will only be made on business days
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Estimated delivery time for international shipment: 3 – 7 business days
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your item online.
Kindly note that until the courier service updates their system with your tracking information, you might be unable to track your shipment.
It may take 24 – 48 hours for tracking information to be updated on the online tracking system.
DELAYS
We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery time.
However, unexpected factors may cause delay in your shipment:
1. Your order was placed during the weekend or public holidays
2.You ordered more than one product. In these circumstances, your order may arrive in separate packages on separate dates.
3.The product you purchased is out of stock. In these circumstances, our customer service will contact you for further actions.
DELIVERY FAILURES
Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order.
Delivery failure may occur in the event of:
1.Incorrect delivery address
2. Recipient is not available during attempted delivery
In such cases, the courier service will either:
1. Attempt another delivery to the given address
2. Return the parcel to the local sorting hub

Pre - Assembly
All pre-assembly is free of charge.
With Warranty and Guarantees do not cover for any scratches of damages upon delivery by shipping couriers.
